    I was a walk-in and I let her know that I wanted layers kind of goes short too long. I’ve got all one length layer except for in the very front. I have different things going on. I told her I don’t want it just hacked cut I want it blended and it is not blended. It’s not even I am not happy. There’s a little bit of a layer right in the very front and that is it Then I was told oh can’t do a blow dry because I’m squeezing you in which is OK but I know if I didn’t get a blow dryer I wasn’t gonna see if it was good or not

    Stylist didn’t listen to my request to give me the results I wanted from my hair cut. Being a stylist for 40t years I was very disappointed in the end results. The atmosphere in the salon was unprofessional. When you walk in not even one stylist got up to greet me or other customers. All were sitting down in the back of the salon. Didn’t feel very welcoming. Thank you Carol Rodriguez

    Ok my review keeps getting removed because I am giving them a 1 star!!! I came in Saturday for a haircut, showed a picture of what I wanted… and needless to say left with a cut looking nothing like the pic!!!! Staff was dressed in what looked like pajama bottoms and a T shirt!!! Have been here a few times and this place has gone down hill and is very unprofessional… will never go back and will be wearing a hat for months till my hair grows out!!! Don’t go there!!!!

    I showed a pic of the cut I wanted and ended up with nothing even close to it!!!! Extremely unhappy!!!!! Nothing to do now but let it grow out… too much was cut off and not even the style I wanted …. That location is a hot mess and very unprofessional!!! Never let them touch your hair!!!!

    Kelly is amazing! Informative, helpful, talks with you about your hair so you can take the proper steps to keep it healthy. And she's esp great @ cutting & styling! My hair looks/feels so good! For once, lol. Bye frizz, dryness, dead ends! These layers are lovely, too. Didn't think I could pull them off? She made it work! Thank you 😊
