⭐ 1 STAR – DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND! My facial with Sally A. at Idolize Brows and Beauty in Clearwater was horrible. She left the room 3 times for 5–10 minutes while leaving masks on my face. She also scrolled on her phone during my facial, then touched my face again without washing her hands or changing her gloves. When I asked her to change her gloves after leaving the room, she rudely replied, “Whatever makes you comfortable, it’s your facial.” It gets worse. Another customer told me she witnessed Sally threading someone else’s eyebrows during my 1 hour facial, reportedly wearing the same gloves she had used on me. She also handled the customer's payment wearing those gloves. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! She never asked about my skin concerns, rushed the service, left the lights on the entire time, and provided no eye covering. She used a napkin off a napkin roll to dry my face. I experienced significant acne breakouts afterward. Basic hygiene and professionalism should be the bare minimum. I should NEVER have to ask my esthetician to change her gloves. I would never return and strongly caution others before booking here.

Sally is the best! She does the threading on my eyebrows and every time she makes them look so good.
