  Horrible. I asked her to not make it thin and not make it round. She made it thin and round. and made my eyebrows opposite. Please save your eyebrows and don’t go here

  Eyebrow threading is usually good though it can be inconsistent. Body waxing went well the first time, however it went terribly yesterday. I have burns on my underarms and intimate areas from the sticky strawberry milk pink wax that was used. I think the multiple layers of skin was ripped off. I even screamed in pain while it was being done. If my hair was too long, a pre-trim should have been offered and if pre-trims aren't done, it should have been communicated to me (so I could go home and trim) and rescheduling offered (so I could come back). I should have been offered a refund for this waxing experience.

  If I could give this place negative stars review I would. I am extremely disappointed with the eyebrow lamination and tint service I received from Atesa at Idolize in Clearwater. For the amount of money charged for this service, I expected professional results. Instead, I left with brows that are uneven, poorly shaped, and far from what a proper lamination and tint should look like. The results honestly make me question whether Atesa fully understands the technique and purpose of eyebrow lamination in the first place. To make matters worse, she was on her phone during my appointment. If I'm paying for a professional beauty service, I expect the person performing it to be focused on their client—not distracted by their phone. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I trusted this salon with my appearance, and now I'm left with eyebrows that look noticeably uneven and poorly done. There is no excuse for this level of work, especially at these prices. Atesa clearly needs additional training, and management should be paying closer attention to the quality of services being provided. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and not worth the money. I will not be returning. Do better.
