  I saw Raeanna for a last minute blow out before a trip, and it was one of the best blow outs I’ve ever had. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and it lasted me 3 days- no frizz even in Miami humidity! I will be back- she is incredible, very talented, so sweet and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her!

  Athena did AMAZING! She was so kind and told me the best ways to care for my hair! She went above my expectations and I would highly recommend! Definitely will be coming back!

  This was my first time going to this location, and it was a very relaxed and pleasant experience. Athina was super nice and wonderful job with my hair, I’m loving the haircut and blowout!

  Had the best experience at hair cuttery recently, Jane has welcomed me and used her magic wand to correct my hair as an emergency last minute service. Even though it was the end of her shift, she took her time to use all her professional knowledge and went above and beyond for my satisfaction. She is also a professional in other fields too that was mind blowing to learn. Truly a great person and I feel lucky to have met her. Can’t wait for our next session!

  Families with toddlers looking for a haircut avoid this place like the plague. I walked in and the lady greeted me friendly. The lady then asked me if I had an appointment. As soon as I told her no I’m a walk-in for my two year-old toddler, she nodded, didn’t say a word and went to the back and started talking to her coworkers. I assumed she was going to come right back and get me because there was only one other worker that was actually attending a Customer. Nope she stayed back there and when she finally did come up, I asked how long would the wait time be. she gave me her shush finger to say one second and told me that the other coworker lady on the phone was the one that cuts kids hair so she’s going to ask her. I have never heard of a place like this having a specific person that cuts a child’s hair. They should all be trained to cut children and adults. I immediately said never mind I’m going to the great clips across the road. she tried to say “no no wait I’m going to ask her but She’s on the phone” but I’m not dumb. I was not born yesterday. I know that you are just refusing to do the work and handing over my toddler to your one coworker that won’t put up with this bullshit. I left immediately, went to the great clips across the street. Well when I told them what happened they were baffled!! They basically confirmed to me that those people are all trained to cut children’s and adult hair and that they were basically just giving me the runaround to avoid cutting my toddlers hair. Well I had a great experience 5 star experience at Great clips and I will never ever ever step foot into this Hair Cuttery again. whoever was working there from 1- 2 PM on August 17, 2026 if you’re a manager and you’re reading this and you give a rats ass ,have a meeting and make sure that they don’t do that to somebody else ever again.
