- AOAUSTIN! OrdwayMay 13, 20261.0My last two visits there the staff has been rude and act like you bothering them. The ladies that were working last night we're beyond nasty. Rolling their eyes huffing and puffing because I came in at 6:30 and they close at 7:00. I didn't need anything special just a basic cleanup Maybe 10-15 minutes and literally told me just to sit down and didn't say two words to me again until it was time to pay her. I was so happy when they opened because I've always used Great Clips but I will not go back to this one again. I still tip the girl over 20% as I always do for the service but honestly she should have got nothing. I was all done, with my cut, 10 minutes before 7:00. I did not keep them there any later. Honestly their customers service is probably why the place is always empty.
