  “I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Haily. She did such an incredible job on my daughter’s hair, and the entire experience meant so much to us. From the very beginning, Haily was welcoming, patient, sweet, and so professional. She made my daughter feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for the whole entire appointment, and as a parent that truly stands out to me. The level of detail, time, and care she put into my daughter’s hair was amazing. You can tell this is more than just a job to her — she truly has a passion for what she does and takes pride in making people feel beautiful and confident. My daughter could not stop smiling when she saw the final result. She felt so happy and proud of herself, and that alone made the experience priceless for me as a father. Not only is Haily extremely talented, but she also has such a warm and positive energy that makes you feel comfortable the moment you sit in her chair.   Walked in a little after 3pm nobody getting a haircut.i was told could not get a haircut till 4pm because somebody important was coming in

  It’s epic fail to be pushed to make an appt only to arrive and be told “it’ll be 30 minutes or more before we can get to you, Oh wait, no it won’t even be 10 minutes” so I agree to leave my handicapped sister in law for a wash and cut. I return 30-35 minutes later to find her sitting with wet hair still waiting for her haircut! I sit waiting while her hair is cut and watch them turn away at least 3 (I think 4) people because they’re booked up 🤦‍♀️ if you don’t have stylists on hand you can’t provide service! Why have ‘walk-ins welcome’ on the door when it should say ‘by appt ONLY and you’ll still have to wait!’ The staff was nice but they shouldn’t have to put people through this crap!
