  I’ve gone back and forth for a long time about leaving this review because I’m not someone who normally likes to negatively impact a business. However, it has now been about a year, and I am still dealing with the damage to my hair from my appointment here. Before the service, I was extremely clear that the health of my hair was my priority. I specifically said that I did not care if achieving the color I wanted took one session, two sessions, or even six or seven sessions. I was willing to be patient, and I gave a budget of up to $500 because I would rather pay more and take my time than compromise the integrity of my hair. Unfortunately, my hair was severely overprocessed. The damage was especially bad around the front/bang area. A year later, those pieces are still extremely short, crispy, and damaged and have struggled to grow normally. I have spent the past year trying to repair my hair from this appointment. I also did not originally ask to have my hair curled. Another stylist ended up styling it, and once she had already started curling it, I told her it was fine. Unfortunately, I wasn’t wearing my glasses during the appointment and couldn’t clearly see the extent of the damage. It wasn’t until I got home and was able to really look at and feel my hair that I realized how badly it had been compromised. What disappoints me the most is that this was exactly what I was trying to avoid. I communicated from the beginning that I was willing to spend the money and come back for as many sessions as necessary to do it safely. I waited this long to write this because I genuinely hoped with time, trims, treatments, and proper care my hair would recover. After a year, I’m still dealing with the consequences. I’m sharing my experience because I wish the condition and integrity of my hair had been prioritized when I specifically asked for that.

  Beautiful salon and thorough service, but the price for my 8 year old daughter’s wash/cut/dry haircut was more than double the starting price listed on the website. My daughter has long, thick hair, but she didn’t even want it dried so we skipped that part.

  The worst pedicure Ever! The polish was old and thick, she kept removing it and added thinner that did not work. The 4th time almost 2 hours later she still couldn’t polish! It was like a 5 year old polishing my toes! I was charged full price as well.

  Omg ladies this is my favorite place ever !! My previous hair lady burned my hair so bad that I was crying but thankfully I was able to find Iwona at Aria Salon and she turn out to be the best with color any kind of extensions you name it !!!! I'm so in love with my new hair for few months now I also do nails every 3 weeks there and some waxing here and there lol 1000% recommend !!!!!
