  🌟 Shout-Out to Erica at MAC! 🌟 I had such an amazing experience with Erica when I visited MAC! Her customer service was exceptional, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while helping me find the perfect foundation shade. Erica truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident with my selection. She has such a natural gift for educating and helping customers, and I believe she would be an amazing educator for MAC. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize her because employees like Erica make the shopping experience so positive. She is definitely an asset to the company! 💄❤️ Thank you, Erica, for being so amazing!

  Not surprising that you’ll scroll down and see so many great reviews about Mekhiya! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect color match for my concealer, showed me some amazing lip combos, and gave me so many great tips and recommendations along the way. Truly 10/10 customer service! 💕

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience today at the MAC Cosmetics location at Brandon Mall. I had a makeup appointment scheduled and received TWO appointment confirmations from this location. I have had my makeup applied here numerous times and regularly purchase my MAC products from this store, so I certainly did not expect the experience I had today. I arrived for my confirmed appointment because I had a 5:00 p.m. photoshoot scheduled. After checking in, the manager approached me, and I showed her the confirmation on my phone. She acknowledged that someone at MAC had booked my appointment in the wrong system. What happened next was the most disappointing part. I was told that the two makeup artists had other appointments and that the manager was scheduled to go to lunch, so she did not have time to accommodate me. I completely understand that mistakes happen. What I do not understand is how a customer can receive two confirmations, arrive for the appointment, have management acknowledge that the scheduling error was made by their store, and then have no meaningful attempt made to resolve the situation. I have been a loyal MAC customer and have spent a significant amount on MAC products and services, including at this location. I don't expect preferential treatment because of that, but I absolutely expect a confirmed appointment to be honored—or at minimum, a genuine effort to make things right when the store acknowledges that the mistake was theirs. Instead, I left without the service I had scheduled and with very little time before an important photoshoot. This was beyond disappointing and certainly not the level of customer service I have come to expect from MAC Cosmetics.

  I was there to pick up an order and decided to place another order. When I was finished making that purchase and prepared to depart, I asked for another free sample since I bought so much and the woman was rude and abrupt. Instead of saying "No, it's one per customer regardless of purchase amount," or whatever, she said, "Of course, you have them here" (referring to the samples she knew I had I picked out online myself to go with my online order, separate from the in store purchase). They were also sure to show off the high order total to members of my family who didn't need to know when I had specifically asked them not to save they heard me and agreed not to when I first approached them at the store counter.
