  Very satisfied with my visit to this salon. I went for a hair spa treatment and it made my hair feel so smooth and healthy. The staff explained every step clearly and used high-quality products. The service was relaxing and done with great care. The salon environment was clean and comfortable. I felt well taken care of throughout the session. I will definitely return for more treatments in the future.

  The ladies that work here are very welcoming and willing to help you find what you need. I came in with an old lipstick container. The sales associate was spot on and she took time to help me find a new color.

  This was the most awful experience that I had. The esthetician Natalia Boston was very rude to me. I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment. When I knocked her door, I explained to her that I was her 6:30 appointment. She did not say a word to me. She made some kind of gesture and shut the door in my face. After I waited 40 minutes and she didn't have the courtesy to tell me sorry for the delay or tell me how much more time will it take, I knocked her door and told her that needed to cancel my appointment for today and change the date. She told me to my face that I can call the company that I purchased the offer and cancel my order, she did not wanted to attend me. I told her that They will not refund my money ...The answer to my argument was THATS NOT MY PROBLEM... This person was the most unprofessional, disrespectful and discourteous that I have ever seen. Dont waste your precious time and money with this rude person. And I will never step a foot on this place ever again!
