  Avery Avery Avery! You are everything! I haven't had customer service like that in over 20 years! I haven't had an experience like that shopping ever! I love lush and the customer service has always been good and pleasant. But Avery you are an experience, you made me want to model my customer service after your and Ive been told im a wonderful caring and dedicated worker. I still have a smile on my face! And I have thoughts to ponder from this experience, I dont want to share Avery but I highly suggest everyone EVERYONE, go get your Avery experience on! But be nice cause I dont play about her🥰 Avery put the luxury in LUSH baby

  I'm an instacart Shopper and I elected to pick up an order for your store despite the fact I had never been there. I called ahead to see where inside the mall the store was located and the young lady I spoke to was super kind and helpful. When I told her that I was considering taking an instacart order for the store and told her I had never been there before, she told me they would be happy to help me find what I needed when I got there. Boy was that ever true! From the minute I walked in the store, both Associates immediately came to help me before even knowing I was the one that called. I only needed two items but I would have never even known where to start to look for them in the store, so they gladly found both items for me and took me to the register. Chloe was the one that cashed me out at the register, but I would like the other young lady on that same shift recognized as well. These are the kind of employees you want to be working in your store. I'll definitely be back. My visit was on July 13th shortly before closing. Thanks again for a great experience!

  Avery and Collie were amazing! Such wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable on products and scents! I 10/10 recommend coming by and getting assistance from them you’ll leave extremely happy and smelling amazing! Thanks again ladies!!🤌🏽💗🫶🏽

  It had been a while since I visited Lush, I walked in looking for Ocean Salt. Avery was SO sweet at the Brandon Lush and helped me look for solutions for finding ocean salt in the store! She took the time to get to know my needs for my hair care and explained all the products in so much detail! She was super helpful and provided me with insight on newer products I wasn’t familiar with! She was super personable and kind! She will be the reason I come back to this Lush! Natalie was also super kind and helpful at the front! They both were so knowledgeable in the products and made me want to return as a Lush customer!

  I had a LONG day at work, just came in for conditioner and body scrub, but I left w a full night of pampering to do! I always hope that Avery is there when I make my Lush trip, but tonight I got Natalie too! They are both too sweet, and they make the experience that much more enjoyable. Avery has helped me multiple times w consultations and steered me towards more great products than I could name here. Both of them are so personable, and not sales-y or pushy. More like just your bestie giving great advice. I'm so glad this is my home base Lush, it is such a pleasure shopping here! Thank y'all so much for what you do!
