And the return policy is none to pay so much money for a piece and it doesn't seem to work and have no recourse On returning, it is very upsetting and heartbreaking. Tried calling several times and no one has returned my call. That is the most disappointing is when you're ready heartbroken about your natural hair and then you spend so much money to try to fix it. It just seems like there's no empathy. 😢
