    I had a mixed experience at this salon. Charla did an amazing job and made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. She was kind, attentive, and I was very happy with the results. Unfortunately, another stylist, Ashley, made the experience very unpleasant. She seemed to be rushing us the entire appointment, and the way she spoke to me made me feel unwelcome and honestly made me want to leave. It took away from what should have been an enjoyable experience. Charla's professionalism and kindness were the highlight of my visit, but my interaction with Ashley left a very negative impression.

    Ashley did a great job on my haircut. She was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. The cut turned out exactly how I hoped, and I’m very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Ashley and will be coming back again.

    Took my niece here yesterday for a hair cut, she had several photos and inspirational photos to perfectly depict the cut that she wanted, however the stylist cut way too short and left my niece in tears. The stylist continued saying “hope it’s not too short because we can’t add it back now.” And followed by “thank you for letting me have creative freedom” upon us leaving. There was not a need for “creative freedom” as the photo was pretty self explanatory. The cut was severely choppy and un-even throughout the entirety of her hair. We will now have to go else where to try to fix this mess and possibly have to take further inches off of her hair to make sure the cut is even.

    This is the fourth time I had my hair cut by the same technician. The first time in October 2025 it was a little shorter than I would have liked, but within a few weeks it was perfect. Due to surgery I was unable to return until ten weeks later. The second cut was a lot "off" what I asked for (layered Bob). I wrote it off to the fact that the lines from the previous cut were too far gone. I let it grow out enough so she could try again, but the third cut wasn't quite right either, even with a photo of the "good" cut as a guide. I had to return so she could trim up the bottom near the neckline. This last visit was my last chance visit. This was by far the worst haircut I've ever had! What was supposed to be another layered Bob looked like a Big Bird mullet. It's so short on the side by the ears I can barely tuck the hair behind my ears. The hair on one side of the back neckline is cut closer to the head than the other... She knows I was unhappy with the results and tried to fix it, but there's not enough hair left to straighten out the cut without going even shorter. I won't be going back.
