  I have found the best hair stylist at Hair Cuttery with Danielle! She has given me two exceptional hair cuts with the most excellent precision! She is very in tune with my requests/needs and is very thorough to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. She also is a very caring woman of integrity and easy to communicate with. My whole experience has been very enjoyable with Danielle. I recommend her highly!

  I had used Splat semi permanent blue dye on my salt and pepper gray, which was supposed to wash out with 40 washes but did not, even after 4 months and several attempts at removal! I had a comprehensive consultation about color correction options with Colleen. I decided to just get a very short cut, that I've had in the past, to cut away most of the colored hair. I showed Colleen photos of the prior cut and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this salon.

  Rachel always gives me a terrific cut (i often get comments on how lovely my hair looks, since com8ng to her) and takes care in washing and blowing it dry, so I feel fabulous when I walk out the door. In addition to her professionalism, Rachel is a good conversationalist and just plain nice to see. Always a smile to greet me and upbeat throughout. Makes the experience very good, indeed!

  Good haircut, but I think the barber I had needs to be more gentle when cutting hair. I kept getting smacked in the face with hair and got poked in the eye once. Also getting my hair washed the water kept slapping in my eyes. Never had such a rough haircut experience before.

  Colleen did a great job on my hair, and I appreciated her apology for the 55-minute appt delay. When I arrived on time for my appt I was told she was running 20 minutes late. My appt was at 12:15 I didn’t sit in her chair until 1:10. That said, waiting nearly an hour past my scheduled time made for a stressful experience, especially as I had an event to get to afterward. I would have appreciated a small gesture like a service discount or a full size product to acknowledge the inconvenience to my schedule. But there was nothing and I didn’t have time to discuss it with her. I’m giving 3 stars for the overall stressful experience despite the great technical work.
