While I was choosing, no one approached me even once. The consultant did not even pay attention to me, possibly because I was with a child. However, he behaved very quietly and just stood next to me. Eventually, I approached her myself and asked if I could buy the selected perfume, to which she sharply replied that she had nothing in stock. It was said over her shoulder and was not very polite. I was not offered any alternatives. It is a pity because I love Sephora, but I no longer have any desire to visit this particular store.
