  I had a very disappointing experience at a Sephora location today. From the moment my daughter and I walked in, no one greeted us—even with multiple employees and a general manager present. That already set the tone. At checkout, the associate (Isa) was rude, dismissive, and had a noticeable attitude. She repeatedly rushed us by saying “is that all for you today?” in a way that felt like she was trying to push us out of the store. She also snatched my gift card from my hand, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. When I asked about updating my phone number and tried to use the app, she responded with attitude and said she knew how to navigate it “better than us,” which came off very condescending. When my daughter tried to redeem her birthday reward, she was impatient, interruptive, and continued rushing us instead of helping. After our interaction, I observed the same associate go onto the sales floor and begin shopping for herself, discussing travel-size perfume with coworkers. I also saw her interact with another customer in a much more pleasant and attentive way. Overall, the experience felt very distasteful, unwelcoming, and stressful. Based on the difference in how we were treated, I left feeling uncomfortable and, unfortunately, racially profiled. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Sephora, and I hope management takes this seriously.

  Very disappointing experience at the Boynton Beach location. During a voucher redemption, the associate (Diana) became visibly frustrated and, after completing the transaction, handled the perfumes carelessly—throwing them into the bag. When we politely asked for her name to report the situation, she mocked us and laughed. We then spoke to the manager (Wendell), who was equally dismissive and told us there was no need to contact corporate, which only made the situation worse. This was not an isolated issue, but part of a pattern of poor customer service across locations. As a Rouge customer, this level of treatment is unacceptable.

  I went in and everyone greeted me at the door and was super welcoming. I needed a shade match and help with a product. The beauty advisor was so sweet and took her time to match me. She even gave me advice on layering the cream foundation with the powdered foundation on top. She was amazing, the products matched perfectly, and her tip worked great!

  I had a great experience with makeup artist Isa. She was fully prepared, and created a look that matched my outfit, personality, and event perfectly. She made the entire process enjoyable. I received so many compliments throughout the night. Truly a five‑star experience! Highly recommended!
