    Moved to Florida and needed to find a hair stylist. Decided to try Hair Cuttery in Boynton Beach at Canyon Town Center. The manager set an appt for me with Federica, the stylist, who took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. I was very pleased and I am happy to say this is where I will be getting my haircut from now on. Thank you Federica.

    Lovely hairdresser and a pleasant experience overall. I only had a simple trim to clean up the edges of my hair—no style change—along with a blow-dry, and the service came to $62. I also purchased a hair product for $30, reduced to $20 after a $10 discount, bringing my total bill to $82. What disappointed me was the payment system automatically suggesting a 20% tip based on the entire $82 total, including the retail product purchase. I believe tips should be calculated on the hairstylist’s service, not on products purchased from the salon. The hairdresser absolutely deserved a tip for her work, and I was happy to provide one. However, I don’t think customers should be prompted to tip on retail merchandise. This is an issue with Hair Cuttery’s payment process, not the stylist herself.

    Did a walk-in. Hair cutter was very nice, but I paid 32 dollars plus tip for her to hack at my hair for 7 minutes. Got home and realized how uneven it is. Will not be going back. Don't even think I'd trust them to have them fix it. Specifically, not only was my hair not combed before it was sloppily cut, but she didn't even part my hair so it would be cut evenly. Then she hacked layers into the back but none on the sides simply because I said I didn't want face-framing layers (I pulled out the tiny sections on either side I didn't want her to cut). She cut so many layers in the back that there is almost no full length hair back there, which leaves me somewhere between a Karen haircut and feeling bald....
