From the second we walked in we were treated like VIP customers. My Mum was here to get her 80th birthday gift from Sephora and we could not have been more impressed with the patience, kindness, expertise and guidance we were given by a super star employee named Amy Lucas. Customer service is a vital skillset and this young woman is truly gifted in making people feel genuinely cared about. She took her time to answer our questions and guided us to the products that best suited both of our needs. I completely understand why this location has such high ratings online because they have truly mastered the art of caring about people. I am deeply appreciative to Amy Lucas for making my Mum’s birthday so wonderful. Kindness like that is truly a priceless gift.
