I solely came to this location because someone I was with wanted to come here. I was quickly reminded why I DONT shop with Sephora as a company EVER! Since I was already at the store, why not get something I needed? Well NO, I was completely ignored by every employee that crossed my path, a vendor who didn’t even work at the location helped me to get an employee who rolled her eyes at opening a case for a product that was out of stock on their shelves but had it in their drawers. How are you upset for doing your job?! That you applied for?! Every time I step into this place I get dirty looks and stared up and down like I’m some kind of creature. I will never step foot into this place again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in an establishment of any kind.

I visited the store today and was helped by Vee. She was exceptional, friendly, sweet and helpful. I would shop again there because of her

Very frustrating experience at this Sephora location. I purchased a brush at the Sephora in Delray, and when I got home, I discovered that the box contained a completely different brush from the one I had purchased and paid for. Since the Delray location was already closed, I drove all the way to the Sephora at Town Center in Boca Raton to try to resolve the issue. I work this afternoon, so I knew I would not be able to make it back to the Delray location. I specifically made the trip to Town Center because I was trying to take care of this today. The manager told me they could not process the return because the wrong product was inside the box and that I had to go back to the original store. Another manager came over and confirmed the same thing. What is extremely frustrating is that this requirement is not stated anywhere in Sephora’s published return policy. There is nothing in the policy saying that if Sephora puts the wrong product inside the box, the customer has to return it to the exact store where the purchase was made. I completely understand having internal procedures, but this was not my mistake. Sephora gave me the wrong product. I should not have to waste my time and drive from one store to another to correct an error made by Sephora. I drove all the way to Town Center specifically to resolve this today, only to be told about a policy that I cannot find anywhere in Sephora’s published return policy. It was a complete waste of my time. If this is truly Sephora policy, it should be clearly stated in the return policy. If it is an internal store procedure, customers should not be told that it is part of the published return policy. Very disappointing customer service.

I had such an amazing experience at Sephora with the help from Tianah today! She was seriously so sweet, patient, and helpful the entire time. It honestly felt like I was shopping with a friend rather than just being helped by an employee. She took her time with me, gave me great advice and recommendations, and never made me feel rushed at all. She genuinely listened to what I was looking for and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She was truly one of the best people I’ve ever had help me at Sephora, and I really appreciated how kind and genuine she was.
Everyone here on the floor was helpful. However, the cashier Christina working today could benefit from a customer service training. She turned me away, without even trying to help me, told me I couldn’t use a gift card; this is after I explained multiple times it wasn’t a photo of a gift card. Two seconds later, the cashier next to her helped me and it worked.
