  I rarely come this kind of stores, but the attention to the clients are always warm, helpful and great! Today Jasmine was amazing with her attention to me 💖 She was so kind and sweet 🥰

  I almost never review places but this was warranted. Just went here to return something and probably the worst service ever. Extremely rude. Not welcoming at all. Instead go to the one by Whole Foods on glades.

  I made an appointment in February to get my makeup done for a formal party I am hosting on May 9th and just received an email days before that my appointment has been cancelled. No explanation, no phone call to reschedule and now I’m stuck to find a makeup artist days before, on Mother’s Day weekend! Absolutely disappointed and frustrated. Very unprofessional of Sephora.

  The store needs to fix its Google Maps pin. I drove back and forth three times today because your Google Maps pin does not match the actual location of the store. I had to waste my time and drive extra miles just to find it. Having a store inside a big shopping center with the wrong Google Maps pin is a total slap in the face to customers.

  Tamia was incredibly helpful in finding me a lip combo for my upcoming wedding day! Very patient and knowledgeable - I didn’t really know what exactly I was looking for but she listened and help me try out a handful of options until I found one I loved.
