- LELindsay Ettorre2 days ago1.0We spent $600+ at Rowan Boca Raton for multiple ear piercings and jewelry, and unfortunately the entire experience ended up being a huge waste of money and time. We followed the cleaning and aftercare instructions exactly as we were told, yet both of us developed significant irritation/infection issues and ultimately had to remove ALL of our piercings. For the amount we paid, I’m extremely disappointed in the quality and value of the jewelry we received. We live near Tampa and have since learned that STUDS offers implant-grade titanium flat-back jewelry at a fraction of what we spent here. I really wish we had gone there from the beginning. Spending almost $600 only to end up having to remove every piercing is incredibly frustrating. We did everything we were instructed to do and expected a much better experience, especially at this price point. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Rowan Boca Raton based on our experience.

Jackie pierced my front forward helix and my tragus and was so calm, gentle, and professional, she guided me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. The whole staff was friendly and sent me home with everything I needed for aftercare. The store is so clean and has a great selection of jewelry as well! I’m excited for my visit once my new piercings heal to pick out new jewelry!

He was super nervous going in and once it came time to it, he didn’t feel a thing. Korin answered all of our questions and educated us. Will def. Be coming back for myself. I highly recommend her and Rowan.
