  The employees were super friendly and helpful. I forget his name but the man with the hat and mustache (maybe it was a goatee or beard? Some kind of facial hair) was very knowledgeable and helpful

  Wasn’t having the best of days and decided to go into Lush bc it always smells nice and cheers me up. Well my day got even better after mtg the gentleman working today and the lady with the pink stripe of hair. So kind and made my day a little extra special. Thank you!

  This is a long story, so feel free to skip! Just know they get 5 stars and deserve it! Staff is always upbeat, sweet, helpful and knowledgeable! My most recent visit, Chris helped me and He is the bomb.com! So I'm a 100% Lushy! I'm talking thru and thru... When I lived in Kendall and I went to the Lush in dadeland mall, the staff knew me by name, even got me gifts on my birthday, like my fav products and a cupcake with a candle and sang me happy birthday and all the things! I straight up lived there! I've also been a regular customer at MANY Lush stores, all over, including Hawaii before they closed after covid and even in other countries like Spain! The customer service and knowledge has ALWAYS been consistent across all locations and always an amazing vibe! So I Know staff are selected and trained thoughtfully and with intention. Having said that... I gotta point out that when I first moved to Broward, THIS Boca store, once upon a time, had the most NON-Lush staff I have ever came across! Their attitudes were just... Bad! Snobby and entitled! No eye contact, not even a greeting, much less an offer to help. Which is UNHEARD of at any Lush! I never went back! I would drive my butt all the way back down to Miami instead and even let them know that the staff in Boca was 👎🏽 not it! Then... One day I was at Boca mall, passing by and saw a manager from the Miami store!!! I was SHOOKETH! I ran in and she recognized me and told me they brought her in to change all of that, and when I tell you the new staff and customer service was like night and day! It was back to the Lush I know and love!
