Please see photos below!! I visited this salon for a haircut on my hair system, which cost me over $1,200. Before the appointment, I was extremely clear about how I wanted it cut: shorter on the sides and longer in the back. I also provided reference photos so there would be no misunderstanding.
Despite that, the stylist rushed through the service and severely overcut the back of the system, removing substantial volume and cutting it down close to the length of my natural hair. The front may be acceptable, but the back of the piece was significantly damaged and the intended style was ruined.
Hair systems are expensive specialty items, and unlike ordinary haircuts, mistakes can create major financial loss because the unit may need to be replaced. In this case, the cost exceeds $1,200.
The owner contacted me afterward, which I appreciated, but the stylist who performed the service never followed up or took responsibility.
I am extremely upset by both the damage caused and the distress this situation created. When a salon accepts payment to perform a service, it is expected to exercise reasonable care and professionalism. Because of the financial loss involved, I am considering pursuing legal remedies to recover damages.
I will not be returning. I am not posting this implying the Staff weren't Professional or very amicable. But, this occurred!

TO THE OWNER, REPORT ME TO WHOEVER YOU WANT. MY REVIEW IS LEGIT AND THE FACT THAT YOU ARE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES ACTIONS, SAYS A LOT MORE ABOUT YOU THAN THE SALON YOU OWN!!
STOP GASLIGHTING PEOPLE!!! I MAY SUE YOU FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED NOT THE WAY AROUND!!
