Maura worked with me to make sure I understood what kind of cut I wanted and to make sure I got something I was happy with. She was paitent and understanding, she took plenty of time talking me through processes and measurements, answering any questions I had along the way. Maura gave me an amazing haircut, thank you. The enviroment was relaxed yet professional. I will be back! :)
- SSSteven SkinnerMay 3, 20265.0This was my 3rd visit to this particular Great Clips. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The establishment is clean and comfortable. Maura cut my hair this time around and she did great! She reviewed the notes entered about my last visit (one inch off all over), prior to starting to cut. As she worked, we talked about issues I have with the sides of my hair wanting to grow out like wings on Thor's helmet. She was able to clip'em, tapper'em, and thin'em until they were gone. I am really happy with how well she did, and I when I go back...I will certainly do it on a day that Maura is working and request her again.
- EEErika EspinoApr 25, 20261.0Called in to see if they actually did anything other than hair cuts and asked about braids. They said they did so I proceeded to send my daughter to the professionals. Figured they could do a better job than I. Final results they didn't last but a few hours before they became undone. Elastic used ripped within hours and 57 dollars went down the drain. On top off Dutch braid not being the best for the service they provided I really could have done a better job myself at home. Maybe not everyone is qualified to do braids but I'm sure it's part of cosmetology course. I will definitely not return nor recommend great clips for braids or at least not this location. I would have appreciated an honest answer, hey I'm not the best maybe come a different time with a different stylist than getting a service I was definitely not happy with. They didn't start at the top they were extra loose before it even became undone. And we didn't even make it past 3 hours. Worst service ever. Possibly after her job was done acknowledge it wasn't looking the best and offer a discount or something. I was very unsatisfied.
