Especially working in retail, But my recent experience here at the Sephora in Aventura at 5:30-5:45pm was absolutely terrible. I recently had purchase a highlighter from Charlotte Tilbury that corrected about three weeks afterwards. I recently found the receipt about two days ago, where I went to return the pallet that was broken. I understood that it was past 30 days but wanted to ask an employee about what my options were. I was met with Jessie One of the managers working at the time. Who was completely rude, Disgustingly Dismissive and who constantly kept talking over me. Decided immediately that he would not do anything for me. I expressed my complete hurt by his rudeness and dismissing and requested another manager to speak with to whom Maritza was able to help out. I Find this absolutely ridiculous and should not be hiring any employee especially at Sephora who does not also implement the basics of customer service. I now have a broken pallet worth of $50 with no way to fix or replace & will No longer shop with Sephora due to this experience.
