  MARITZA is the absolute best stylist , not only in Jc Penney but just overall. If you are looking for an excellent stylist Maritza is the one. Make sure to ask for her when you go there!!!

  I can’t recommend Maritza enough! She is incredibly talented, professional, and truly passionate about what she does.   I want to preface this by saying the people in the store were very nice and the hair cut I received was good HOWEVER I got highlights that are so bad and I have never had this happen in 35 years of having highlights done. I specifically asked that it be natural looking and that I did not like the "striped" look. Well, guess what I got.... Michele who did the highlights offered to fix it but I had already been there a long time and was tired and really just wanted to get out of there. I'm at a loss on how she could fix this anyway and am concerned that if this happened, it could get worse and I'm not sure I want to place my trust in someone who did this in the first place... But I am very unhappy with what was done. I feel like a refund for the highlights or perhaps a different stylist to fix it would be a fair way to rectify the situation. I will call and see what JcPenney suggests, as in general I like the store customer service.

  Darlene did my hair and my daughter hair the best hair dress I ever went to she did exactly what we want and like she is very knowledgeable and experienced super professional and kind sweet person we felt so good and happy with her thank you so much you are a star and deserve to be appreciated for your work thank you so much now we hair a new hair dress for life thank you so much we so happy getting lots of compliments and send all the people and friends and family to you thank you Darlene

  Darlene was my hairdresser she did my hair for the first time I’m really happy with the outcome and sweet and did exactly got what I wanted, I will definitely come back again and tell my friends.
