  Hair stylist Genara (Jenna) is exceptional! She colored, blow-dray and hot-ironed my hair today which my hair is very long. She took her time and colored and styled it to perfection. I highly recommend hair stylist, Genara at the JCP salon Aventura Mall!

  Genara is the BEST STYLIST EVER !!!🫶 Very professional , sweet , kind person She’s the one who deserves my admiration! I go every week to see her to do my hair, my manicure 💅 and pedicure… I don’t let nobody touch me but her … SHE IS SIMPLY THE BEST!! 💖

  I went to the salon to fix my hair. Maritza took care of me, and it was a total transformation! She saved my color, improved my highlights, and left my hair looking absolutely beautiful. The customer service is great too, 10/10! So grateful for the amazing service! ❤️✨

  I want to preface this by saying the people in the store were very nice and the hair cut I received was good HOWEVER I got highlights that are so bad and I have never had this happen in 35 years of having highlights done. I specifically asked that it be natural looking and that I did not like the "striped" look. Well, guess what I got.... Michele who did the highlights offered to fix it but I had already been there a long time and was tired and really just wanted to get out of there. I'm at a loss on how she could fix this anyway and am concerned that if this happened, it could get worse and I'm not sure I want to place my trust in someone who did this in the first place... But I am very unhappy with what was done. I feel like a refund for the highlights or perhaps a different stylist to fix it would be a fair way to rectify the situation. I will call and see what JcPenney suggests, as in general I like the store customer service.
