    I just went to the Aventura location for the first time in months after having a bad experience. My thought was to give them a second chance as I have been a loyal customer to the Cuttery for over 20 years. After I got my haircut, I went to go pay and I gave them a coupon that I had received during my prior bad experience. The managers refused to honor my coupon, giving me reasons such as that the coupon had expired, and that I should have booked my next appointment in order to trigger the coupon. The managers then walked away and threw my coupon in the trash. Ultimately, I believe that this is bad business, especially given my prior bad experience. They were not willing to do anything to make it right. Now I feel disappointed a second time. I do not anticipate ever visiting this location again and plan to take my monthly business elsewhere.

    This is the easiest place for your hair needs. The hair services are reasonable and the hairdressers have worked here forever. I’ve told so many people to come here, save money, and get a positive experience. I live at Williams Island so it’s just so easy! Plus, I’m constantly getting discount offers emailed and texted to me.

    I've been coming to Hair Cuttery Aventura for a while, and the reason I always select "First Available" is simple: everyone here is amazing. Natividad is a sweetheart, Veronica S. is incredibly professional, Vanesa is always welcoming with a smile, Lorie is so kind, and Claudia, Huweida, and Soeurette are all wonderful as well. It's rare to find a place where the entire team is consistently this friendly, talented, and caring. No matter who I get, I know I'm in good hands. Such a great team—10/10 every time!

    Kelly at the Aventura location is absolutely amazing. Her energy is upbeat and exactly what I needed once i walked in. Made my day 10x better. Not to mention her haircut was exactly what I was looking for. She listened and gave me the exact cut I was looking for. It was such a pleasure to walk into that salon and be greeted with such enthusiasm. As a repeat client I must say she was much needed at that salon. Thank you Kelly! I’ll be back specifically for you.
