I had an outstanding experience purchasing Bleu de Chanel Parfum, and the biggest reason was my sales representative, Olga Patterson. From the moment we started talking, her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine passion for the fragrance stood out. She took the time to educate me on the different notes, the performance, and what makes this fragrance so special, without ever making me feel pressured. As a business owner for the past 15 years, I've learned that exceptional employees are hard to find. Olga is one of those rare people who truly elevates the customer experience. Her expertise, confidence, and customer service made all the difference in my decision to purchase. If you're looking for someone who genuinely knows their products and provides first-class service, I highly recommend asking for Olga Patterson. She is a tremendous asset, and I'll definitely be back because of the experience she provided.

I was excited to visit this Chanel store to purchase a lipstick, but the customer service was disappointing. The sales associate who assisted me was neither welcoming nor attentive. Instead of engaging with me, she seemed more focused on her phone. For a luxury brand like Chanel, I expected a much more professional and pleasant experience.

Valentina was so helpful and so kind. She offered me a water while I was shopping because she noticed that I was expecting. What a kind gesture that I will remember forever. Thank you, Valentina.

Valentina was great, but when i came back another day with different associates, the vibe was horrible. Im not sure why this happens so often, but it’s annoying to say the least. Whenever I contact Chanel employees online they are so kind, but in-person it seems to be a different story. Still love though.
