- CLChristopher Lanni4 days ago1.0I like Dr Martha well enough, but super disappointed with office organization. Their online appointment system does not work. Their emails do not work and their phones/voicemail system does not work. Online reservations don't actually make it onto her calendar. Emailed requests for appointment confirmation go unanswered. And their voicemail is full. This has now happened three times... so I am out! (Turns out they do reply to texts fairly quickly, but the responses went from Upper/Lower to ALL CAPS PRETTY QUICKLY, which - on top of everything else - comes across as angry and rude. Not great when it is your only line of communication). Pictured is confirmation that the appointment request was received... not pictured are the unanswered follow-up emails requesting confirmation.
