- TKTammy Kleier3 days ago4.0After having a horrible experience with an individual who I gave the benefit of an off day she may have been having … worse mistake should have left even after 4 hours and a real lack of care .. I finally said I was done and she needed to get where I could leave! Making a right for the wrong and happening to speak of my very bad experience a friend put me in touch with Manager Jenny of the same facility.. spoke with her and she gave me her personal cell number and wanted to definitely make it right for me and when I texted her she went out of her way to fit me into her day off schedule (a special request) Jenny was super professional and a wonderful lady to work with She immediately got on the correction and even did above and beyond the call of her duties!! I’m super pleased and will definitely be seeing her when it is time to return!!!
