She offered to correct the hair cuts the next day. I showed up and she corrected their hair to the best she could from what was left and took into consideration how the hair would grow back. She was kind and patient and gave them a treat bag for being good. June 7,2026 I am extremely disappointed with the haircuts my two sons received from Danielle and Mia. My husband arrived at approximately 4:30 PM, well before the salon’s 6:00 PM closing time, yet the entire experience felt rushed from beginning to end. He came prepared with three reference photos specifically showing the hairstyle we wanted because my son’s hair is extremely straight and requires a particular cutting technique. This was not a request for a new style—it was simply a trim and maintenance of a two-block Korean haircut that I have carefully maintained for a long time. Anyone familiar with this style knows it takes months to grow the hair to the proper length. The stylist was clearly and repeatedly instructed NOT to shave the back of my son’s head. Despite this, she shaved the entire back up to the crown and shaved the sides as well. The sides were not blended into the longer top section at all, leaving a harsh, uneven disconnect between the lengths. The result looks nothing like the reference photos or the haircut he arrived with. My other son’s haircut was equally disappointing. The stylist used poor blending techniques between the top and sides and cut the top much too short. His hair is now so short that it no longer reaches across for styling the way it previously did. The haircut appears disconnected and uneven. The back of his head was also shaved all the way up to the cowlick, causing the hair to stick straight up and making it very difficult to manage. What is most frustrating is that both stylists were provided clear instructions and visual references, yet they chose not to follow them. Hair takes time to grow, especially for children maintaining longer styles. Months of growth were removed in a single rushed appointment. We left with two haircuts that were the exact opposite of what was requested. I cannot recommend this salon based on our experience.
