- BRB RockAug 21, 20262.0Salon centric is so overpriced and overrated, and they never have anything in stock. Their sales signs are misleading, and they often forget to take them down and then don’t honor them. Also tell me why all the salon centric are always in a weird sketchy location. I won’t be going back. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the people were nice.

Well, stocked, and they're always letting me know what's new with a sample of something new that I come back to buy. And i've even gone up and sat through some educational classes that were free through my app at this store. Diana and Debbie do a wonderful job at this store.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
