  My daughter and I have both gone specifically to this JC Penny salon to see Raquel after experiencing her work. My daughter has had her hair done for special occasions and every time they have been beautiful and above her expectation. She only wants to come to Raquel because she is very particular and Raquel never disappoints. Perfect hair that last all night. She has done up dos, half up/down and even beautiful Hollywood curls for her prom. I too have gone to see her for haircuts and blowouts. I have curly hair and in this Florida heat the humidity is fierce. I went in for a cut and after discussing my idea she knew exactly what I wanted. I loved my cut but loved my blowout even more. My hair always comes out smooth with movement and stays that way! I would recommend Raquel to everyone I could. We drive an hour to her and I’d do it over and over for her services.   I would highly recommend Raquel Piron for highlights. She always chooses the best shades for my blonde hair. Raquel works on my hair meticulously. I get lots of compliments after she does my hair.

  You MUST see Raquel at the JCPenney Altamonte Mall! She knew exactly how to layer my hair for the shape of my face, my grays are GONE, and my curly hair blowout is perfection. I’m not going to anyone else, EVER! Thank you Raquel! 10/10!

  Raquel is a ROCKSTAR!!!! She did a curly cut on me. She takes her time and doesn’t rush the process. I left with my curls bouncing and behaving. I highly recommend booking her for your next appointment.

  I have going regularly to Raquel at the JC Penny located in Altamonte Springs for all my hair care needs. From color to cuts and the occasional updos She does a FABULOUS job! Not only is she meticulous and takes her time to ensure the best outcome but also takes excellent care of the health of my hair, which is very important to me. She’s very knowledgeable on the latest hair trends and the proper steps in achieving the desired look. Aside from being very talented, her customer service skills are top notch! Always friendly and accommodating. Absolutely love her service! ♥️ Highly recommend. 10/10!
