  Went in for just a head wash - had surgery and could't wash my own hair. Service was great! Accommodating stylist, fair price, and products left my scalp feeling clean, hair feeling soft, and the pleasant smell was faint but noticable for 3 days!

  Everyone was friendly and willing to come together for a solution to my hair which i butchered on my own haha. In the end, Ty took on the challenge and gave me exactly what I needed - they didn't upcharge me for correcting my haircut so I was also able to tip more. I feel so much better and will recommend and return here.

  Asked for a trim of back of my hair and hair was cut over all way too short!!! I have been to your shop several times and this will probably be my last! I should have spoke up but I thought he understood what a trim meant!! I was truly disappointed! I did give a tip but wish I hadn’t

  I made an appointment at the West Towne Corners location months ago to get an event updo for my son’s wedding. On the morning of the appointment, Eric called to tell me he couldn’t do the appointment. Something about the online booking not blocking off more than 30 minutes for the updo. The fact that I booked so far in advance should’ve provided enough time for them to 1) schedule the day/staffing adequately and b) notify me in advance if a change had to be made. I asked why I wasn’t called earlier so I’d have time to not be stressed about finding an alternative, and he said he just didn’t look at his appointments until the day of. I’ve worked appointment services before, and we ALWAYS checked our appointments a day or two in advance in case changes or updates needed to happen. It’s not the customer’s problem to work out our issues. Waiting until the day of the event, when our day supporting our son was already very tightly scheduled, is absolutely the worst customer service and not at all how this should’ve been handled. The only redeeming part of this was they called another location (Hunt Club), and she was able to get me in before I was due to be at my son’s hotel to help him get ready. Kim did a phenomenal job with my French braid updo in just under 40 minutes. I’m so grateful for how quickly she was able to accommodate me last minute, how kind she was, and how beautifully she styled my hair. My one star review is strictly for Eric/the West Towne location.

  Carina is the best! I went from med length to a short style, she accommodated my concerns and request and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. Leaving the hair cuttery, I didn’t have time for style, left wet, I went to grocery store and a few employees commented on my hair style and how attractive the style was!!! Carina is always welcoming to arriving customers, very attentive to customers needs and just a pleasure to be around! Her customer service is second to none! She is truly an asset to your team and to all the customers that walk in . They are in for a treat! Thank You!
