    I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years, and my go-to person was Ken. Unfortunately, he retired, and since then, I’ve been on and off because I haven’t been able to find someone I truly connected with. But today, that changed! 🙌 Today I met Eric, and I absolutely LOVE everything about him! He listens, pays attention to exactly what you ask for, and delivers. You can tell he genuinely cares about making you feel wonderful about your hair. Eric, YOU ROCK!!! ⭐️ Thank you for making me feel like I finally found my new go-to person!

    Showed stylist picture of me with a bob, length just below ears. First attempt cut it only to shoulder length, had to have him cut it shorter. The bob usually flips under but whatever he did flips up in the back. Eventually I didn’t think he could do anything to undo the damage so I said it was ok and left. He had glasses on his station but wasn’t wearing them so I don’t think he knew what he was doing. I will never go back again I was so unhappy with the hair cutthat I finally called the store and talked to the manager Jeanine Ploughman . She had me come in and she gave me a Redid the whole thing wash Haircut and style and corrected the problem. She did an excellent job and I would highly recommend her. I took her card if I had to go back, I would go back to her.
