I love it here! Lana is truly the best, can’t say enough good things about how I feel leaving her chair! Thanks to her attention to detail, I can rest assured knowing that I’m leaving with exactly what I wanted.
Shoutout to Madeline who shampooed my hair today. She was truly wonderful. I’ve never been so comfortable having my hair shampooed before.
Thank you both and honestly everyone at this wonderful establishment.

I have had to make a new review because the owner decided to disclose my personal government name on here which is inappropriate. I don't use my government name on any reviews because it shouldn't matter who I am personally to anybody. The only thing that should matter on here is my review so here it is. Since this hair salon has purchased a new building, all prices have gone up. Understandable. I went there on the 8th. Got a standard haircut. I have short hair above the shoulder. I got a partial highlight touch up and a glaze when you go online on the website you pick who you want and what services you want. It gives you an estimated price until you put in a credit card which holds your appointment and then goes to the payment page. On that payment page. It says nothing about a product charge. I make the payment set. The date I go in have my hair done. This is not a over-the-top hairdo. This is a hairdo that any level one hairstylist can do. I just need to add that in there I go to check out. I was added on a glaze which I knew that that was extra money was not mentioned or asked if I I wanted that but I already knew that go up to cash out. It seemed a little bit more than what I had seen on the internet but I knew that I had gotten the glaze. I went home today. I checked my bills and my emails and noticed a product charge called The hair salon and was told that it was so that I only am paying for the product I'm using. Well. I have a few questions about that because I just looked into my last appointment last year and I was actually had shorter hair and was charged more money for product then than that was this time. I also noticed all prices went up and when I asked the girl when I first called today about my issue did your prices go up since you made the move? She told me no. So that was a lie as well because every price has gone up in that salon since they made their move. I just feel as though if a price has been adjusted from the price that was presented to me online that should be explained at checkout. I made this appointment back in March almost 3-4 weeks ago. I don't recall the exact amount that was on the receipt when I checked out for the appointment online. So I would think if there's extra charges whoever is checking you out should explain them. I shouldn't have to wait till I open an email the next day to get them. It's that simple and it is a little bit disturbing to me as a small business that I know for a fact all of these taxable deductions are being used profitably for your business so to charge the client for a product which I don't even understand. How you can measure and charge is just baffling to me, especially for the fact that I was charged more at your old place than I was at this place. So if you would like to respond to this, respond to the name that's actually on my Google account. You have no right to use my government name on here. You are violating a privacy law on my end. If I want it my legal name on any of this it would be post it underneath the review. So respect my privacy!
