    Joanne cares for her customers and made sure I was satisfied before letting me leave which I find very admirable. Her attention to detail and prep work prior to coloring my hair left no black stains on my face which shows her pride of ownership and years of service! Worth every penny and she is definitely a great asset 🤩

    If you dont know how to do the haircut then say so. I have to live with a hack job until it grows out. In what world is the first photo the cut in the second? It isnt even evenly chopped.

    Going here for 15+ yrs. Haircut charges have become outrageous. Lately, too often appointment times are not honored. No value for customer’s time. If customer is late for appointment even for 2-3 minutes they get bumped out. If the stylist is late to take customer 30-45 minutes later than appointment time, you hear bunch of repeated excuses and half hearted back handed apology. Consequently this is my last haircut at this place.
