  I dont think i’ve ever left a review in my life but this time I had to do it. I was at this hair cuttery last thursday for a balayage. I had come in prior on Tuesday for an appointment with JD and when i arrived they said that she was fired. They said they were going to call me but she said she would and she didn’t, therefore I showed up. I really love how JD did my hair she was always gentle and very kind towards me. The manager Jules rescheduled me for Thursday with Beth. I came right after work, I arrived at 1:40 and no joke I was there until 8pm. I’m a very patient person and I was polite and calm the whole appointment because I understand they squeezed me in and my hairdresser was working in between me and 1 other person but if they truly didn’t have the time to squeeze me in they should’ve just said that. My hair was severely over treated because she left the toner on a long time while helping the other client. Then I thought we were finished and she said she wanted to go back over it and I said it was fine but she said it would make her feel better. I really just wanted to wrap up and leave the salon. So I got 2 rounds of toner and genuinely my hair today feels so brittle and frail and over processed I absolutely can’t stand it. It makes me so sad, I should’ve just gone somewhere else. Like I said I was very flexible but I did not want to be in the salon for 6 and a half hours. I paid 245 dollars and didn’t even like my hair. Now im pretty sure the damage is irreversible and I don’t even know what to do. I know Beth has some really good reviews on her which is why this is shocking, but I honestly just felt like a burden. Jules the store manager said they would give me a 10% discount for the mixup with JD on tuesday and they would communicate that to my stylist but that didn’t happen. I’m also at fault because I forgot to mention it at the end but after being there for that long I just wanted to leave. I would tell other people to think twice about coming here because now I’m $245 dollars out and have no clue how to save my hair. I miss who I was last Wednesday.

  Kylinda was awesome every time I go. It's my second time she does my hair perfect. She matched my color to cover my Grays. It was a perfect match, definitely found a new place. I'll be going to show as long as Kyle this store works there.

  Tanay was absolutely wonderful, giving me great suggestions on what to do with my hair, excellent customer service and great conversation. A 10/10 experience for sure, if you're in need of a cut please visit this hair cuttery especially in a quick passing!

  The salon is great. My stylist Kai is wonderful. Only complaint I have is that I bought over $70 in products and you have no bags! I had to shove them into a tiny purse. I would have given 5 stars if not for that.
