    My granddaughter is a very shy six-year-old and a stylist was wonderful with her. Took the time to speak with her and ask her what cape she wanted to wear I thought that was very kind

    I liked my daughter's hair. However, the professionalism is lacking. Her stylist and another stylist started talking in great detail about the Lindsay Clancy trial. Speaking about the "dead babies" "mother murdering her children" "mother strangling her kids" "the father probably killed them" etc. It went on for about 12 minutes, in front of two young kids. The child who belonged to one of the stylists was younger than my daughter. I had to stop myself from telling them to change the subject. They're grown women and should know better. That type of conversation isn't appropriate in front of any clients, especially children. It's a shame because, again, I did like my daughter's hair in the end. However, she told me after the appointment that she was uncomfortable and I was definitely uncomfortable with that loud conversation about a mother murdering her own kids. My daughter expressing her discomfort makes me regret my choice to not speak up, like I normally would. I just didn't feel like potentially getting in an argument with the stylists with no one else there except 2 children. Outside of the inappropriate conversation the stylists were pleasant. I wish they hadn't ruined the experience with that. I paid, barely left a tip, and just left. Leaving a review because my daughter was affected and it just wasn't ok. So, it's the least I can do. Hopefully, they see this and refrain from inappropriate conversations, especially in front of kids.
