    If I could give no stars, I would. This was the worse hair cut I have ever had. I simply asked the stylist to take off about a 1/2 inch where needed to keep the front and the back the same length and to use thinning shears to thin it everywhere. She chopped the sides of my hair way short and continue to cut it shorter even after I told her not to cut any more off the sides. When I reminded her that I only wanted a very small bit off and thin, she commented and I quote “you came in for a haircut, I’ve got to cut hair off”. Now the front is way, thin and short, and the back is still thick and considerably longer than the front, it looks and feels weird but I was terrified that she was going to make it even worse! Every time I would say, I just wanted it thin out and the same length all around she would cut more off the sides. She literally said to me I still think you need more off the sides completely ignoring what I wanted. My appointment was for a wash, cut, blow dry and style and I received a spray dampened and cut. I was SHOCKED to see someone come to help her collect my payment but no one paid any attention while she was cutting my hair. I’m new to the area and have used Hair Cuttery in the past with no issues so I assumed I would have a similar experience here… I should not have assumed.

    Very welcoming. I had no appointment and was taken within 30 minutes. Autumn was great. She took her time and paid attention to every detail. I will return.

    Nice folks who know what they are doing. Took great care of my daughter who uses a wheelchair. Also saw an older woman receive very special treatment there. Kind, caring, professional.

    I have been going to hair Cuttery for years. A no nonsense hair cut place. I had Savannah today. She did her homework and saw what I had last visit. She was quick and I am happy with the result
