- KKKennediMay 13, 20261.0I had to figure out they didn’t have what I was looking for at this location by walking around for about 10-15min while the two girls sat at the front talking about boys. Not once did they greet myself or any other customers that walked in, let alone ask if we needed help.
- NNNickole07Feb 27, 20261.0I visited Sephora at Kohl’s today and had a less than stellar experience, thank you to Stephanie! Between asking a question about a skin care product and being given a look like I how dare I interrupt her conversation between her and her rude co-worker, and then having to deal with an attitude while being rung up at the cash register and making sure that I wasn’t rung up twice for the same product. I honestly think Stephanie could probably use some more customer based training and learn a little bit more decorum when dealing with customers. I really hope she has the day and weekend she absolutely deserves.
