  Came in a for a color match on 4/19 around 2pm. The woman who “helped us” asked what type of look I wanted to go for…matte versus dewey I believe. I explained I don’t wear makeup so I don’t know what kind I wanted and said I’ll let you think about it then with a clear and apparent attitude and proceed to help my friend and cut me off. It was very off putting to say the least. As a customer service person for someone to say they don’t know, you shouldn’t be shunned. The better response would be to show me the difference on my skin so I can make an informed decision. Needless to say if I were to come back I would walk the other way if she was there.

  This was my best experience at MAC EVER!!! And I’ve only had good experiences and have been an avid customer for so long. Fie went above and beyond start to finish. She didn’t have to but she made the effort to get my package out the same day. I am so touched by the care kindness and generosity Fie exhibited. Thank you again!!! 🤗♥️

  The make up service I received was fantastic and I left feeling like a new woman! The ladies that work in this store are wonderful, professional, and so kind.

  I had an all around great experience with Fie, she helped me find the perfect lip combo and she was very patient too. Would definitely be come back.

  We walked in the store and one of the girl was helping us, we think she was new because anything we asked her she asked from other two girls which was understandable. Everyone need to start something from somewhere. Problem is the other two sales girl was not very eager to help her. They pretended she doesn’t exist, she had to ask repeatedly to get any answers so it took a long time find 4 items we needed. Problem worsen during checkout, the girl was having trouble giving us a promotion that was going on, after waiting 20 mins one of the girls came to help her. Want to also mention, there was only two customers on the store, one was doing service and other was me so not that everyone was busy. Then when one of the girl came to help, the other girl(not the new one) came amd started to hug her and saying something personal which was 10 more minutes and we became impatient at that point I asked them to please help us first and she got very rude saying I should give her a second. Well I gave her plenty of time. So much lazy and unprofessional salesgirls. Never going back
