She never told me her name. Before she even started cutting, she was struggling to part my hair in the center. It was off by an inch. Not even close. So I asked her if I could part it myself and she let me but told me it wouldn't matter that much. Yes it matters if my hair is even!!! She would measure my hair against itself to check the length from the back, but my chair was not straight and she was not directly behind me. She didn't look at me through the mirror or from the front to see the whole picture once. All I asked for was a trim and a refresh of my layers. I couldn't tell at the salon because it was still wet, but when I got home, there was one piece in the front that was an entire inch longer than the rest. I had to fix it myself. My layers are choppy and unblended. I am usually very understanding that people make mistakes, but there was no effort into doing a good job. I will not be coming back.
