    The best part about my service today was the shampoo. It was everything and also my end result the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. It was not busy at all and I was able to just relax and enjoy the experience. That was my first day there, but I truly will be back again.

    Website says it is open till 6:00pm but when i came at 5:00pm its closed, atleast if you closed before the closing time you should update in the website or place some sticker

    Customer service was very poor during my visit\. There was no staff available at the front to assist with check\-in, and the sign\-in tablet was not functioning\. Employees were in the back area and did not acknowledge customers entering the store\. The following day, the manager contacted me to apologize and explained the situation regarding the staff\. However, the overall experience was still very disappointing\. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location\.

    While I can't remember who my Stylist was, my experience was quite exceptional for my first visit to this store. As a walk-in, I was pretty much taken right away. There was also no wait. My haircut was immaculately done... a normal mens' haircut... nothing special. I just didn't want to deal with long hair in this unbearable heat... plus, I wanted a much fresher look.
