  I’ve had a really hard time trying to get a good haircut, around where I live there are a lot of great clips and that’s the only haircuts I’ve had but while I was in Christiana we saw that they were open and Alex was the best, she had given me advice on how my hair is and how I can fix it and she also gave me the best haircut! Her energy and professionalism was on top, I would rather have her than 1000 great clips employees

  I advised the stylist of the cut I wanted and was specific on which areas to leave longer to allow proper coverage in thinner areas. I also provided multiple photos to serve as examples. The stylist stated she understood exactly what I wanted yet proceeded to cut much shorter than requested. Once she got to the area where I could actually see, I had to stop her to advise not to continue making it any shorter. My hair is in such a horrible state because of the cut I will need to wear a wig in order to mask it until my hair grows back

  Kelly really showed interest in what I desired in a cut. She explained everything she was doing and ensured I was comfortable. She made me feel heard and gave me the exact cut I wanted. Kelly was amazing and I will be back to see her and recommend to others. Thank you!!!

  I went in for a new style. I needed a change, but I was nervous. I asked for a butterfly cut with long curtain bangs. Kelly gave me exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier! The other stylists were super supportive of my choice, also. I went from SUPER LONG, weighed down hair to lots of layers, volume, and movement. Oh, and I got bangs! Long, curtain, and I LOVE THEM! My coworkers love my new cut, my husband loves it, but, best of all, I love it! Thank you Kelly!

  EDIT- The manager called me, offered to”fix” my jacked up haircut and I politely declined, but am getting a full refund. Which is another thing I forgot to add initially. The appointment was for a $55 haircut the person who cut my hair(I won’t say hairstylist as there was nothing worthy of that title) Only charged me $30, stating “I didn’t fully blow dry it”. That to me was code for she knew how bad she messed up. I wish I could give a score with minus/negative stars. In my history of haircuts, the haircut received at this location was in the top 3 of the worst haircuts ever. It was 1000% NOT at all what we discussed and NOT what I asked for. I verbalized what I wanted, and had multiple pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like. She spoke as if though she completely understood, and was capable of providing me with the haircut that I wanted. It was absolutely not the haircut that I wanted. What makes it worse was the quality of the cut she did give me was POOR, BEYOND POOR! My hair looks like a bad game of Tetris, it’s blocked and choppy AND SHORT. I am not sure what “style” she cut my hair into but it’s the most incoherent haircut ever. I called the store this morning, and was assured that some type of manager would get back to me within the next two days. I will provide an update once they call me back.
