- DDDorcas DavisJun 6, 20265.0This is my second time coming into this Sephora, I was ignored the first time, I wasn’t going to come back but decided to give it a second shot and I’m glad I did. The lady I met today was wonderful. She said her name is Ayo, I hope I got the spelling right. She was the only one at the time but she was attending to all of us and was very helpful and apologetic which is totally understandable because we were about 6 people at that time. She had time for me and helped me with everything I wanted even made some recommendations and answered all my questions ( trust me I had a lot) the gentleman that later joined her was also nice as well, sorry so didn’t catch his name
- STS TFeb 17, 20261.0Quality has gone way down. Be very careful when opening kohls credit card, very inhumane credit card. Worse than most. Really no reason to come here at all other than Amazon returns. Better quality and selection at competitors in same shopping center.
- MPMimsie PantsJun 17, 20251.0I wasn’t going to write a review but honestly the more I think about it the more I think everyone should be warned- I went shopping here this past Saturday before Father’s Day for a quick gift for my dad (cologne) and I was AGGRESSIVELY racially profiled. I wasn’t given the chance to hold the cologne I was going to buy, which is fine, but as they put it up by the register I wanted to smell the new Kayali perfumes. While I’m spraying them on the sample papers, one of the workers comes within INCHES of me and stops and stares at me. She says nothing, she just watches me smell the perfume. I was so uncomfortable I checked out and left immediately. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was an old white lady, she was extremely wrinkled, had a poor tan, and short brown hair. Not only will I never return (despite having shopped here for as long as they opened the store) I will be warning others not to visit this location.
