- JKJaya Khurana6 days ago1.0Extremely disappointing experience at Hair Cuttery. I received a promotional text message for hair services, but when I arrived for my appointment, they refused to honor the offer even after I showed them the promotion on my phone. On top of that, they gave me an outrageously overpriced estimate for just a full-service hair color. It felt very misleading and unprofessional. I took a day off from work and traveled all the way to the salon expecting the company to stand behind the promotion they sent me, only to be turned away and treated poorly. I feel completely cheated and frustrated by the whole experience. Very disappointed and will never be going back to Hair Cuttery again.

- KSKatelynn SternMay 6, 20261.0Your hours are advertised on Sundays till 6 my husband and I walked in around 5:15 this past Sunday so he can get a hair cut. The salon was completely empty of customers and nobody was there except for the two employees who were just sitting in their station chairs having a conversation. We walked in and they didn't even greet us, just looked at him and said "we can't take anymore customers today" THE SALON WAS EMPTY and it was well before closing time. Can't bring ourselves to come back here when it seems like they felt like we weren't worth their time or missing out on their conversation..
