    I took time to post a review thinking that our issue will be resolved as per the salon manager after listening to my husband and saying someone will give you a call from our other department. I still remember my husband went for hair cut and color on July 2.2026. He spent nearly 3.5 hours in the salon and when he came back to his work other colleagues of his pointed out that your shirt from back is all black and the color is on his neck and around his ears. First thing he did was buy a new t shirt and saw himself in mirror…. Al of his neck ears and forehead still had color and his shirt was entirely black. The stylist who did his work didn’t even bother to tell him before he left. When my husband called he was told to call on weekend, he called again and spoke to manager … she heard him and said someone else will call him and she apologized for what happened. But till today no one called and once my husband called again he was told that his message will be passed but we didn’t get any response. This place was very dissatisfying and a waste of time. No courtesy at all , they just need the money and waste other people’s time. We never suggest anyone to go here. If I had a choice I would give zero star. Hopeless place

    I've been cutting my own hair for awhile, but was impressed by Zack who cut my son's hair previously. He was able to do what so many others said couldn't be done to fine hair. I love it
