  I had an appointment for Monday 6/22 at 4pm. I arrived a little bit before 4 just to see that they were at lunch. No call, text, or email were received beforehand or afterwards to reschedule.

  It had been more than 20 years since I last had my ears pierced, and the team at Studs—especially Gaby—made the experience exceptional from start to finish. Gaby carefully walked me through every step of the process, with a strong emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and client comfort. Their professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone considering a piercing.

  The staff are all very nice but maybe it’s just because this was my first piercing ever, but it was not clear that every price is per ear! So it’s like $200 for earrings. Even my friend getting her second set of piercings was confused. And then her $200 earrings broke after 7 weeks so it’s not like the pricing is for super high quality earrings. I think the staff who pierced us left by now anyway so I can’t vouch for who is there now. Just go to a tattoo or piercing shop. I went here because my friend picked it and it was my first piercing ever but my heart dropped when the total was nearly $300 and I thought it would be $150.

  Had such a great experience at Studs! The staff was friendly, patient, and made me feel really comfortable during my piercing appointment. Everything felt clean and professional, and I love how my piercing turned out. Definitely coming back!

  Pros- the piercer was friendly and the space was clean Cons - I got a piercing on a Monday evening and took it out on Tuesday morning. Although I showed the piercer a picture of what I wanted, she still kept marking the placement off, and then once she pierced it I realized that I needed to take into account the earrings. But I feel like that is the expertise that the piercer should offer, especially bc I showed her a picture of how I wanted the placement to look.
