  The store was so clean and organized! Erica helped me out today and she was so sweet! She helped me pick out the perfect lip colors.

  Atrocious customer service for a high end store. Absolutely abysmal and embarrassing. Stay away. Brought my wife to simply find lipstick. We asked two associates for help finding her style. They looked annoyed and both pointed to a wall and said, “over there” while refusing to help any further. We went through four different associates until someone actually took the time to explain the different lipsticks available. For the money we paid, I expect 100% better service. We will not be going back again and suggest you don’t either.

  We are in the store please ask for Jasmine. She was very helpful to her time. Show me what the makeup would look like on my skin however for the boy that was at the register on 925 2026 the way that treated me was very distasteful and sad after seeing the way he treated the Asian lady in front of me .

  Went shopping today and let me say it was the worst customer service and a deeply uncomfortable experience. I’ve been in different stores around the world and I’ve never been treated like that. Went to the store 20 minutes before closing looking for foundation and concealer for oily skin. At first, one employee helped me she was really kind but then she asked another associate to help me find what I needed. However, the second employee was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested. I told her which shades I was in multiple brands, which her respond was that “they didn’t even had them at the store”. She ignored my skin concerns, and kept pushing products I didn't ask for. To make matters worse, she was easily distracted by other situations instead of paying attention to me. The MOST upsetting part was when she asked wich country I was from. When I replied 'Mexico', her attitude became noticeably cold and hostile. Nobody should feel judged, ignored, or discriminated against because of their nationality while shopping for makeup. They really need to train their staff on basic respect, customer service and professional behavior because it was pretty awful. I honestly expected more from such a big company that claims to be diverse.

  This location is usually nice, warming and helpful, but I felt like I shouldn’t have walked inside during my last visit. There were about 7-10 employees in the store that day and NONE of them greeted me. Not a single one. It wasn’t busy inside either. I was walking between two displays and I saw an employee about to do the same thing, but walking towards me. I let her pass because I was not in a hurry, she didn’t say excuse me, thanks, nothing. Then when I checked out, I realized the check out counter was removed. Personally, I think that is a bad idea, but that’s another conversation. An employee checked my items to purchase and employees were just walking between me and the employee checking me out 4 times, no excuse me , nothing. Customer service is not like it used to be.
