  I would 10000/10 recommend PR Partners, and specidfically Karina, to any and everyone that is looking for a trustworthy person to work with for all of your hair’s needs. Karina and I’s stylist/client relationship goes all the way back to when she was still a student learning her craft and I, now almost a decade later, still only go to her because she really does do that good of a job! She is one of the few stylists in my life that I have been able to wholeheartedly trust because of the way she actually listens; if you say just a trim, that is what you can expect, no more, no less. She is the reason I have been able to grow my hair out over the years, which I had never been able to do previously, because of the way she listens and gives honest, helpful feedback along the way. Not only has she been my go-to for years now for trims, conditions, colors, etc. but she also been by my side as my stylist for some of my life’s big moments as well, most recently including my wedding. Not only does her skill-level exceed expectations, but personally she is also such a genuinely kind, caring person who creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere whenever you come in; and furthermore she is observant and intuitive, and thus is able to recognize when you’d like to chat & catch up, and alternatively when you’d like a quiet, relaxing moment while getting your hair done. Karina, I will never be able to thank & recommend you enough! Also, while you’re there in the salon, if you are able to work with Pati at the washing station, you are in for just as much of a treat! Karina and Pati both make it easy to look forward to when I’m due for a trim :)

  Owner Jacqui and her team are amazing and whip up some awesome hair in this space behind grand Hyatt and across from H&M… space is huge, bright, electric yet has chill and relaxing vibe all at same time.

  I have been to a PR partners location before, but never to the downtown DC location. This was my first time here and I had an amazing haircut by Karina! We started off with a consultation to talk about my hair history, concerns, what I wanted for my style, and more. Karina was patient, thorough, answered all my questions, and was lovely to talk to throughout my appointment. She understands hair and color very well and wants to give you the look you desire. I am very satisfied with my service with Karina and look forward to doing a full balayage with her in about a month!

  I have kind of tricky hair and got an excellent blowout from Cat that lasted for days. Would highly recommend!

  I had my bangs cut for the first time in life so was quite nervous but Suemi did such a fantastic job~ Super Duper Happy with the final look! She is such a sweet and talented pro. to work with. I also got my hair color done by Karina~ super talented. The whole process was seamless and I love the finish. Great staff highly recommend ❤️
