We started off with a consultation to talk about my hair history, concerns, what I wanted for my style, and more. Karina was patient, thorough, answered all my questions, and was lovely to talk to throughout my appointment. She understands hair and color very well and wants to give you the look you desire. I am very satisfied with my service with Karina and look forward to doing a full balayage with her in about a month!
