    **Updated: I’ll give one more star because the company is sending me a replacement product. This store still does not offer good service and I will not be back.** Reiterating the comments below on frequent store closures in the middle of the day. Not lunchtime, which is also a problem, but total random afternoon closures with clocks indicting returns that would require time travel to the past. Problematic when you are taking your own lunch break to shop. Additionally, once the store staff returned and I was in a rush to pick up my kids, they sold me a full price sample of deodorant that I failed to catch before buying (no labeling), but I could see clearly it was used once I got home. Tossed the receipt in my mad dash to the car I now had to take home because of waiting for the store to open in the middle of the day. Emailed the company 25 hours ago. No response. I’ve used this product for years and am reluctant to find a replacement, but this experience has me searching elsewhere.

    Don’t bother going the staff is never there. They couldn’t care less about the shop hours. Order online or enjoy seeing a sign that says they are on break.
