  Had the best experience with Mikaela! I came for a consultation to get some information on hair highlight process and she very knowledgeable very kind. She is patient and listened to my vision and inspiration. I knew I wanted to change up my hair and she did exactly that. I feel very comfortable and well taken care from start to finish. There is no doubt I will be back to see her again. I left feeling confident and happy with results. Go see Mikaela for your hair needs. She will get you right!

  Jensyn is a great stylist. I wish I had a simple curly hairstyle, but it's complicated and I feel like she really gets the struggle of having non-conventional curls. I've had other stylists elsewhere who either dismiss my type of curl, or style them in a way that don't work. Jensyn, on the other hand, does great and gives me cuts that actually work for me and my hair. She also did a great job with my balayage!

  Tristen Nettles cut my hair with care and precision. He talked with me about changing hair texture, and how to style hair in a flattering way. He checked multiple times that each side was cut evenly, and not a hair was out of place. Every moment that I sat in his chair, I felt that I was receiving excellent service. I have a hair cut that I can wear confidently all summer. No need to hide behind ponytails.

  Great place to go if you want a rush job. Their scheduling is way too tight. Even when you’re perfectly right on time, Katie will start cutting your bangs without even talking about what length you want. That has happened twice where she wanted to just start cutting before a conversation. The only reason there was at least conversation the first time is because I spoke up and said I’m not comfortable with any cutting without a conversation. I have literally never been to another salon in nearly 30yrs where a stylist would cut without asking how much you’re comfortable removing. Even when she cut my ends, she didn’t say how much length she’s thinking of removing/ask me what I’m comfortable with. That said, I’ve only had this particular issue with Katie. Overall through, their online scheduling is also extremely confusing as to when a blowout is/is not included. Because of that, I was sent home with sopping wet hair after black toner and now one of my favorite tops, which I was wearing at the time, has black/purple stains all over the back. Some of their stylists that I’ve gone to in the past are just rude too. The only reason I gave it so many chances is because it’s so close to where I live. Also, if a salon has a 10min grace period for arriving customers, it is not ok to then tell a customer who arrives within those 10mins, that they cannot have a conversation about what they want before their haircut because they arrived a few mins late. Ironic because I’ve waited over 20mins for my stylist on two occasions, which I had no issue doing

  Travis, listened to what I wanted and used his expert experience to tailor my cut to my wishlist. What I really appreciated was his candidness about how much I needed to cut off to get back to a healthy length. Most stylists in my experience will only take an inch or so off when I say I need a trim, out of fear that I won’t want to lose my length. But Travis was honest about what we needed to get rid of and it looked so much better after!
