One of the things I really loved at the beginning was how she listened and really made a point to understand my visions/preferences/quirks. At this point, she really just “gets” my hair and I barely say anything. Sometimes we make little adjustments for fun but I always walk out of the salon feeling super happy and confident in the result! I also love that, whether we’re yapping and talking about all kinds of things or just having quiet moments when Victoria’s focusing on the details, it’s always super comfortable and never awkward. Five stars 🤩 Mary

She was incredibly kind, attentive, and took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted. I absolutely love the color she created—it turned out even better than I imagined! Her attention to detail and talent really show in her work. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly cares about her clients and delivers beautiful results, I highly recommend asking for Sapphire. I’ll definitely be back!
