I went in may 2025 to get my grays covered chocolate brown and left crying because my hair was black. They took zero responsibility, and I’ve been trying to deal with this for a year now. I will never come back here.

They offered to reschedule me and only had one time available in the day, which did not work considering I was getting married. They were aware that this was my wedding hair. I am extraordinarily disappointed considering that the appointment was made months in advance. I do not recommend this salon!
