However, the hair stylist appeared to lack the necessary experience. It felt like he assumed I had colored my hair at home, even though I clearly explained that it was pre-highlighted hair with toner done at a Virgina Saloon. I suggest opting for a different stylist rather than Zaiya. Very very disappointing experience with Bang
