  I had two piercings done by Asia, and she was so sweet, professional, and patient throughout the entire experience. She explained every step clearly and encouraged me to take my time deciding exactly where I wanted the piercings placed. She also helped adjust the placement multiple times to make sure I was completely happy with it. The actual piercing process was painless, and I didn’t experience any swelling afterward. I would come back to her again and highly recommend her to friends!

  My daughter and I got our ears pierced for Mother's Day. Jocelyn was super sweet and helpful.

  Paid over $400 for a new piercing and five studs. When I came back to downsize, I asked for shorter posts for my other four studs, since they had been longer than necessary for existing piercings. I was told it would be $10 each to swap them for the correct size. That’s $40 more to fix a problem that shouldn’t have existed in the first place. I was willing to pay it despite the frustration. Then they made me wait. So I left. Not returning. The jewelry quality seems fine, but the combination of being charged again to fix a problem they created and poor follow-through on service makes it hard to recommend. For what you pay here, the experience should be better.

  Almost went to a competitor and so glad I didn't. I love that they used single use needles which allows precision and ease of pleasure. I was lucky enough to get Dom and he was phenomenal. It wasn't painful as I thought. He said breathe, applying a little pressure, push push, and breathe out. It was that easy. I settled on a Tragus and Flat Helix. I absolutely love them. I'm praying no infection with constant cleaning (2x a day) and great healing. I was given great aftercare instruction. The girls up-front were phenomenal. They were all positive and reassuring. They took their time with me, answered all questions, including showing me options with position on the ear. I valued the time including their positive energy

  Visiting from out of town and decided to make an appointment at STUDS since we don’t have a location where I’m from. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt comfortable and welcomed. Every employee was so kind! My piercer did a great job and took her time to make sure it turned out the way I envisioned.
