  I walked into the store with getting two piercings in mind. Not only did the workers not even look at me in the eyes, but they used a rude tone with me (barely) explaining their piercings. Secondly, there is another piercing place across the street that charges 45% less. No one is going to pay extra for a rude attitude.

  I have gotten my ears pierced at studs multiple times, all at the Georgetown location. The piercers and staff are always lovely but yesterday I had an appointment and still had to wait a full hour. Nobody apologized to me for the wait. I understand that weekends get busy and there's many opportunities for delay, but it was a frustrating experience given I had made an appointment and shown up on time. Writing this review more for awareness that if you plan to come in on a weekend, you may be faced with a long wait even with an appointment.

  I visited for three piercings and two jewellery changes, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff member who helped me at the front desk (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name), was incredibly helpful and patient while I selected 11 pieces of jewellery. Asia was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel at ease, thoroughly explained the process, and carefully reviewed everything we would be doing during the appointment to ensure it was all correct. She also took the time to ask about existing piercings so she could determine the most appropriate post lengths, which I really appreciated. The entire experience felt relaxed and unhurried. Asia checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable and doing well. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the experience a great one. I would highly recommend Asia to anyone considering a piercing.

  Kayla was a great piercer! I got 4 piercings, and they only charged me for 3 because a piercing I wanted re-opened was still open.

  I had a three year old third lobe piercing that I left jewelry out of for about 6 months. It was open but very tight. My piercer was super helpful and put in a flat back for me to wear to help it dilate. Super easy! Thank you!!
