  This place is honestly a hidden gem for getting a piercing. The studio is incredibly clean and has such a stylish, welcoming vibe that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk through the door. The team was super professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, so I felt really comfortable. My only small complaint is that it can get a little busy, but the quality of the jewelry and service is definitely worth it.

  Colby was amazing! So patient so understanding of my fears of piercing. Went to another place before and it was terrible and one of my ears got infected. Wish I went here first! Highly recommended!

  The whole process took less than 10 minutes and they had so many cute piercing earring options. The workers were so kind and helpful and made the process super comfortable and easy. Thanks so much!!!

  Staff and place was very nice, efficient, clean, nurse Bryand answered all of my questions and carefully explained the aftercare instructions. Would highly recommend I’m in love with the outcome

  My 7 y.o. twin daughters recently decided that they wanted to get their ears pierced. The nurses and staff at Rowan in Westport were incredibly professional and supportive, even when one of my daughters required a little extra “coaxing” to follow-through with it (even though the whole thing was her idea!). The shop was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. There was nothing intimidating about it (unless the sight of the sterile tray and piercing supplies triggers some anxiety for you, like it did my daughter!). 😂 The ability to do tandem piercings made the whole process easy. In the end, everyone left pierced and happy and proud to show off their newly pierced ears. Even Mama got a new helix piercing! I would highly recommend Rowan for any kids or adults who want to add some flare to their ears.
