  I love Prime IV. The entire staff is friendly and attentive. Every detail is well thought out and designed to give you a relaxing, elevated experience. From the tea and hand towels when you walk in, to the massage chairs and eye masks, it really feels like you’re at a spa instead of getting an IV. Every time I leave, I feel like I am on a cloud. I have a very stressful job and being able to go and unwind for a couple of hours is so beneficial!

  Don't waste your time going anywhere else. I have been to a number of other wellness spas and Prime IV in Simsbury is hands down the best experience I've had. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and have cultivated a family environment where clients feel important and appreciated! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

  I had an amazing experience at Prime IV in Simsbury! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, taking the time to walk me through all the IV options and helping me choose the best one for my needs. Their precision with the needle was impressive—I barely felt it! After my infusion, I opted for the massage chairs, and it was the most relaxing experience ever. It felt like a refreshing nap without actually falling asleep. The entire space is spotless and beautifully designed, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back soon!
