I have been coming to this particular Lush location since this mall opened, and every time I stop by, I am always warmed by how kind the staff is! As we were browsing the fragrance section of the store, we were helped by the attentive, fun, and friendly employee, Sabrina, who was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products. She masterfully guided us through all of their fragrances, including unique layering combinations and techniques. We came into the store expecting to just browse and ended up leaving with a great selection of fragrances! I can't say enough about how kind and welcoming the staff is here as they will truly go above and beyond for you!

- SRSarah Malya RyndermanJul 3, 20265.0Birthday Magic!!! I walked into this lush to admire the giant foam creature being coaxed into existence by the diligent workers, Rocio and Kate. Kate was so friendly and chatted with me about it. I then made my way over to the register and was being helped by Jordyn. Together these three ladies helped me download the app and get me a $5 credit to use in store. When I told them it was my birthday weekend they (especially Kate) curated a collection of little goodies for me to try based on what I told her I liked before. At checkout there was a box of packing peanuts that if you guess correctly how many there are you win a surprise. AND THIS IS WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENED. I still don’t know if I actually guessed correctly or if these ladies were just being so kind to me BUT I GOT IT CORRECT and they gave me a FULL SIZE STICKY DATES BODY SPRAY!!! Best birthday weekend, I truly had the best time ever. Thank you Kate Jordynn and Rocio. ❤️🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 I’m sure I’ll be back!
