- LTlime timeMay 6, 20265.0Stopped into the sono location today to look around with my sister. I talked with an employee, Krissy, about my troubles finding products that worked for my skin. She was patient and listened intently to what I had to say and then gave me a tour of the different products she believed would work for me. She took her time explaining each product to me, and then put together a bag of samples for me to try at home. Overall, Krissy was very kind and attentive, and a perfect example of what great customer service looks like!
