- SRSarah Malya RyndermanJul 3, 20265.0Birthday Magic!!! I walked into this lush to admire the giant foam creature being coaxed into existence by the diligent workers, Rocio and Kate. Kate was so friendly and chatted with me about it. I then made my way over to the register and was being helped by Jordyn. Together these three ladies helped me download the app and get me a $5 credit to use in store. When I told them it was my birthday weekend they (especially Kate) curated a collection of little goodies for me to try based on what I told her I liked before. At checkout there was a box of packing peanuts that if you guess correctly how many there are you win a surprise. AND THIS IS WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENED. I still don’t know if I actually guessed correctly or if these ladies were just being so kind to me BUT I GOT IT CORRECT and they gave me a FULL SIZE STICKY DATES BODY SPRAY!!! Best birthday weekend, I truly had the best time ever. Thank you Kate Jordynn and Rocio. ❤️🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 I’m sure I’ll be back!

She was super knowledgeable about all the products I asked her about and even went out of her way to get to know my specific issues with my skin and hair to better recommend other products. It was very nice to have a helpful employee. I ended up going with a toner, she showed me how to apply and I’m so excited to gift it to my little sister. She even gave me a sample of the cream. She also tried on me and I hope that I can come back and buy a full jar of it soon. I’ve been to many Lush stores in America, including at Mohegan Sun, Miami, Florida, New York City, and this was the most positive experience I’ve had thanks to Sabrina.

I’m very used to the Westfarms location so, coming to a bigger location was very fascinating with way more variety. Everyone there was very sweet today, and I loved seeing diversity.
